SHIPPING POLICY- DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

Shipping Time
Time taken to dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and quantity. Large quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.

General shipping time for products like wooden props are shipped within 3-4 working days for domestic orders & 7-10 days for international orders.

Courier Partners
We only work with reputed courier partners Delhivery, Xpressbee, Indian Post and Shiprocket for domestic deliveries, DHL international deliveries.

Delivery Time
Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 7-10 days from shipping for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.

Non availability on Delivery

Delivery services is being offered by third-party & three attempts (phone call) would be made for delivery, in case of failure, shipment would be sent back to us & reattempt would attract double freight charges & longer delivery time.

Remote Area Delivery

Remote area delivery will attract additional charges, in case of denial, money will be refunded in a weeks time, banking charges of 3% + Tax would be deducted. You may contact us to know any additional charges before placing your order.
For customized and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us at arjun@whiteihf.com or contact through WhatsApp(+91✆9891-74-8949 ). The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY-DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis* with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

Do you take everything back?

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. Non-returnable items include sale/clearance items, used items.

Is there a time limit?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with any concerns. If your order is then approved for a return/exchange you will receive a return authorization and it must be placed in the mail to us within 2 days, otherwise we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original UNOPENED.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

International orders are non-returnable due to high shipping cost, in case of transport damages replacement would be provided free of cost but shipping to be charged again.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arjun@whiteihf.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
